We are a compact, effective construction company with a team of 35 skilled workers and 10 salaried employees. Our main focus is high-rise construction within a regional radius of approximately 80 km around our company headquarters in Bad Wörishofen.
Success through Experience and Motivation – Our experienced construction managers, together with our highly skilled craftspeople, ensure perfect construction results. A large portion of our employees have years of experience on major construction sites in high-rise and civil engineering.
As part of the Glass company in Mindelheim, we have access to a construction yard with the latest equipment and most modern formwork systems. This enables us to guarantee professional construction execution at the highest technical standard, combined with on-schedule completion. Repeat orders from satisfied customers confirm our work. 2006
Company founded on May 1, 2006, by Mr. Herbert Maier with Riebel employees as a ‘house masonry business for small construction projects’ with 45% participation from Riebel Mindelheim.
2011
Separation from Riebel company and relocation to Bad Wörishofen in December 2011.

Participation of Fa. Glass GmbH Bauunternehmung in Mindelheim in Baumeister Herbert Maier Bau GmbH since October 2012
2020
Due to the death of company founder Herbert Maier in February 2020, Fa. Glass GmbH Bauunternehmung in Mindelheim is now the sole shareholder.

Memorial Tournament in Croatia: Football for our colleague
In June 2024, a Baumeister team traveled to Croatia to participate in a special football tournament. This tournament was held in memory of our young colleague who passed away too soon and remains unforgettable to us. Baumeister made the trip possible and sponsored the T-shirts.

Our range of services covers all areas of high-rise construction: from partial services in house masonry to shell constructions for single and multi-family homes, up to medium-sized shell construction projects with contract values of up to approximately 5 million Euros – in new construction, renovation, and refurbishment.
Our clients include both private and public contractors. During the execution of our construction projects, personal contact with all parties involved in the construction is paramount. Our short decision-making processes are valued by our customers.
